Job Description

Duration: 3-6 months (Likely extension based on performance and business needs)
Location: Mexicali, Mexico (Need basis travel)

Objective:

Deploy a data analytics professional on-site at our Mexicali factory to:

  • Conduct Gemba walks and understand manufacturing processes
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities through data
  • Provide near real-time visibility into factory operations using descriptive analytics

The resource will:

  • Be physically present on the shop floor to observe and understand operations
  • Translate operational insights into data-driven opportunities
  • Build descriptive analytics dashboards and reports
  • Identify disconnections between business processes, applications, and data
