Power BI Developer

Job Description
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations tailored to business requirements
- Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions
- Connect Power BI to a variety of enterprise data sources including SAP BW/HANA, Oracle, Hyperion, spreadsheets, and cloud platforms like Snowflake and Amazon Redshift
- Develop and maintain semantic data models and implement efficient data transformations using Power Query
- Optimize report/dashboard performance, scalability, and user experience
- Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and clarity in reporting
- Troubleshoot data issues and manage the quality and integrity of reported data
- Maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
