Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to lead the design and delivery of a firm-wide Utilization and Gross Margin analytics solution across multiple operating entities.

This role will be responsible for integrating HR, time-tracking, and financial systems; building a unified analytics model; improving data quality; and delivering executive-level dashboards that support operational and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate blends data engineering, financial analytics, and stakeholder engagement, and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, multi-system enterprise environment.
