Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our Enterprise Data Analytics team at Dawn Foods. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in connecting Power BI to various source systems, with SAP integration as a top priority .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business needs.
• Establish and manage connectivity to multiple data sources, including SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Implement robust data modeling practices to ensure scalability and performance.
• Utilize Power Query , M scripting , and DAX to transform and analyze data effectively.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing layouts aligned with business requirements and UX best practices.
• Configure and manage security roles and row-level security within Power BI.
• Deploy and manage solutions on PowerBI.com , including workspaces, apps, and sharing protocols.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development and administration.
• Proven experience integrating Power BI with SAP and other enterprise systems.
• Strong proficiency in: Data Modeling , Power Query , M scripting , DAX , Layout and Design principles , Security configuration , PowerBI.com administration
• Solid understanding of relational databases, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, etc.).
• Familiarity with other BI tools and data visualization platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP BW or SAP HANA CDS Views integration with Power BI.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
