Power BI Developer
100% REMOTE WORK

B2B rate: 150-160 PLN netto+VAT/h

Full‑time

Responsibilities:
  • Implement a complete CI/CD pipeline for Power BI solutions, ensuring automation, version control, and deployment best practices.
  • Analyse, validate and optimize existing reports and data models created in Tableau and SAP Business Objects.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, data models, and reporting solutions.
  • Design and build semantic data models in Power BI, including star schemas, fact and dimension tables, and optimized datasets.
  • Create, manage and publish both interactive and paginated Power BI reports, ensuring high performance, usability, and strong visual standards.
  • Develop advanced DAX calculations to support business logic, KPIs and complex reporting needs.
  • Implement incremental refresh and other performance optimization techniques across large datasets.
  • Support the development of multilingual reporting solutions (CMS‑driven).
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery quality.


    • Requirements:



    Experience:
  • Proven experience in the role of Power BI Developer: min. 8 years.
  • For additional team members: min. 4 years in a similar role.
  • Experience with CI/CD processes specifically for Power BI.
  • Experience with SAP BO migrations.
  • Experience working with Tableau.

  • Advanced knowledge of DAX
  • Incremental Refresh
  • Building multilingual models (CMS)
