Experience

  • 3 5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and application development. 3 resources
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence and application development. 2 resources

Technical Experience

  • Strong expertise in Power BI (PBI) including:
    • Developing Power BI dashboards from scratch
    • Data modeling, DAX, measures, calculated columns
    • Designing interactive and performance-optimized reports
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps :
    • Building canvas apps and integrating with Power BI and enterprise data sources
    • Automating workflows in collaboration with Power Automate (preferred)
  • Experience working with multiple data sources (Excel, SQL, SharePoint, APIs, etc.).
  • Good understanding of data visualization best practices and storytelling with data.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Power BI dashboards aligned with business and service delivery needs.
  • Build and enhance Power Apps solutions to support operational, reporting, and workflow requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, performance, and usability of dashboards and apps.
  • Support testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvements.
  • Take ownership of deliverables from design through deployment and support.
