- Dashboard & Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, paginated reports, and data models to meet business reporting needs.
- Workflow Automation: Build automated workflows using Power Automate across Microsoft 365 and external systems to streamline business processes.
- Requirements Gathering & Insights: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights through interactive reports.
- ETL & Data Modeling: Design and implement ETL processes using Power Query, DAX, and dataflows; manage Star/Snowflake schemas and data relationships.
