Senior Product Development Lead - Power Electronics

You will be responsible for leading complex product development projects from concept to launch.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive technical excellence, foster collaboration across disciplines, and contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D ways of working.

• Lead cross-functional teams in close collaboration with stakeholders.


• Drive the development of multiple product roadmap items together with key stakeholders.


• Create project scope, budget, planning, and milestones across different initiatives.


• E nsure transparent backlog implementation guaranteeing quality, timing and successful releases. 
  
• P roduce accurate project reporting including stakeholder communication 
  
• C ollect clarify prioritize requirements collaborating with internal external stakeholders
