• Conduct a shift kick-off meeting and take over from the previous process operator.
• Monitor and manage batches using SAP computer systems.
• Add ingredients and adjust temperature as per recipe instructions.
• Perform tests to measure temperature, viscosity, and pH levels.
• Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, involving maintenance team as needed.
• Maintain detailed log notes throughout the shift, both written and digital.
