**Job Description**
Join our team as a Power Engineer ( **Process Operator** ) where you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process. You will monitor and control plant systems, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct a shift kick-off meeting and take over from the previous process operator.
+ Monitor and manage batches using SAP computer systems.
+ Add ingredients and adjust temperature as per recipe instructions.
+ Perform tests to measure temperature, viscosity, and pH levels.
+ Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, involving maintenance team as needed.
+ Maintain detailed log notes throughout the shift, both written and digital.
+ Spend 65% of the time in the control room overseeing control panels and making adjustments.
