Job Description


We are seeking a Power Integrity Specialist with 4+ years of experience to lead simulations and compliance testing for next-generation power converters. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between theoretical converter design and practical lab-based EMI/EMC compliance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design & Simulation: Conduct Power Integrity (DC/AC) and EMI/EMC simulations for high-voltage DC-DC converters using tools like SiWave and Ansys AEDT .
  • PCB Layout Strategy: Implement \"correct-by-construction\" design principles for high-power density layouts using Altium or OrCAD .
  • Compliance Testing: Lead the testing and validation of power converters in the lab to ensure adherence to EMI/EMC and Power Integrity specifications.
  • Advanced Filtering: Design and test EMI filters to optimize performance and reduce noise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Electronics best practices.


Required Qualifications


  • Education: B.Tech/M.Tech (Master’s in Power Electronics and Control preferred).
  • Experience: 4+ years in Power Integrity and EMI/EMC simulation/testing.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong background in power electronic converter design principles.
  • Hands-on expertise in Ansys AEDT, SiWave , or equivalent simulation suites.
  • Fluency in PCB layout tools (Altium, OrCAD , etc.).
  • Experience with high-voltage, high-current PCB layout principles.
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and EMI filter design.
