Job Description
**Amentum** is seeking a **Power Plant Operator** to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Mission on **Andros Island, Bahamas** . AUTEC is a Major Range and Test Facility Base (MRTFB) and the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport's largest single team project, providing both deep and shallow water test and training environments. **Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.**
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters, and charts, which register various aspects of system’s operation, adjusting controls to ensure safe and efficient operation of the system and to meet the service demands.
+ Maintains logs in which various aspects of the operations are recorded.
+ Collect data, maintain records, and prepare and submit monthly fuel/utilities reports as required ...
