The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform AI Engineer to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role emphasizes Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and advanced AI capabilities to create intelligent, automated business applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful deployment across global environments.


This position is for a Senior Power Platform AI Engineer within the Digital Software Development Group. The role is focused on establishing internal capabilities for the design, development, and deployment of modernized Power Platform applications enhanced with AI features. The position will drive innovation by leveraging Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and other AI capabilities within Power Platform to deliver intelligent, automated solutions that optimize business processes and improve user experience

How you’ll spend your day

  • Design and develop AI-driven applications using Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

  • Create conversational agents using Copilot Studio

  • Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces to provide optimal user experiences.

  • Create conversational experiences using Copilot for Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Build and customize Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps.

  • Integrate AI features with Dataverse, SharePoint, and external APIs.

  • Develop advanced workflows using Power Automate with AI enhancements.

  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Power Apps solutions.

  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure proper deployment and maintenance of Power Apps applications.

  • Utilize AI for process mining and optimization.

  • Leverage Power BI for AI-driven dashboards and insights.

  • Provide documentation, training, and best practices for AI adoption.

  • Stay updated on emerging AI features in Power Platform and recommend strategic improvements.

    • Your experience and qualifications

  • 8+ year expertise in Microsoft Power Platform with a strong focus on AI capabilities.

  • Deep understanding of Copilot Studio for building conversational agents

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for creating conversational AI agent experiences and automating app development workflows.

  • Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Azure AD, Azure Data Factory, and other elements of the Azure ecosystem

  • Build and customize Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps.

  • Proficiency in AI Builder features including( Good to have)
  • Prediction models for forecasting outcomes.
    Form processing for extracting structured data from documents.
    Object detection for image-based automation.
    Text recognition for digitizing and analyzing content.

  • Ability to integrate Azure AI Services such as Cognitive Services, Language Understanding (LUIS), and OpenAI for advanced AI scenarios.

  • Experience in designing and deploying AI-driven workflows in Power Automate to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of best practices for implementing AI responsibly within Power Platform, including data governance, security, and ethical AI considerations.
