**Required Skills & Experience**

+ Proven hands-on experience developing applications using **Microsoft Power Apps** .
+ Strong understanding of **Power Apps best practices** , design patterns, and governance considerations.
+ Experience automating workflows and enabling business users through low-code/no-code platforms.
+ Ability to work independently as a technical expert while collaborating closely with a broader team.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
+ Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and influence adoption of technical solutions.

**What You Will Be Doing**

+ Design, develop, and implement **Power Apps solutions** to automate workflows and improve business processes.
+ Act as a **Power Apps subject matter expert** , providing guidance on best practices, architecture, and implementation standards.
+ Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Power Apps solutions.
+ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process needs and recommend efficient Power Platform solutions.
+ Support a growing backlog of queued processes requiring Power Apps implementation.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including onshore and offshore partners) to deliver solutions effectively.
+ Help **upskill internal team members** by sharing knowledge, patterns, and lessons learned.
+ Contribute to the development of a **best-in-class Power Apps strategy** as the capability matures.
+ Participate in solution reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
+ Ensure solutions are built with sustainability, maintainability, and user adoption in mind.
