Power Platform Consultant

Dublin - Hybrid - Permanent

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Power Platform Consultant to deliver scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on workflow automation, custom app development, and dashboard/report creation, while collaborating with stakeholders across data, finance, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  • Build integrations with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and other enterprise systems

  • Translate business requirements into functional applications and automated workflows

  • Develop robust data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations

  • Document processes, perform UAT support, and ensure solution compliance with internal standards

  • Optimise existing solutions for performance and usability

  • Work with Agile delivery teams to manage and prioritise workloads

    • Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform

  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL

  • Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, SharePoint, or Microsoft Dataverse

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Familiarity with project governance, business readiness, and solution documentation

    • Desirable:

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-400)

  • Experience in financial services, compliance, or data governance environments

  • Knowledge of VBA, Python, or RPA technologies
