Role Summary
We are looking for skilled Power Platform & Copilot Developers with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps and Copilot Studio to design, build, and optimize AI-powered enterprise solutions. The role involves developing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Azure Open AI, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Copilot Studio with hands-on Copilot development experience
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure , Microsoft 365 , and Copilot extensibility
Experience Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio
Strong experience in building solutions using Power Platform (Canvas, Model-Driven, Dataverse)
Experience in custom web resources development for Power Apps
Hands-on experience in creating and consuming custom connectors
Ability to consume REST APIs / functions to retrieve and update data
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance Copilot solutions
Build and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) integrated with Copilot capabilities
Develop and manage Power Automate workflows and Dataverse integrations
Design and implement custom connectors and integrate third-party APIs
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and performance best practices
Support testing, deployment, and post-production optimization
