We are seeking an experienced Developer – Power Platform Development & Support to help manage and enhance Microsoft Power Platform solutions—delivering automation projects and providing reliable support to end users while ensuring platform performance, security, and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot Studio)
- Translate business requirements into effective solution designs and implementations
- Create and maintain documentation (user guides, training materials, configurations, operational processes/procedures)
- Implement and maintain security controls (authentication, access controls, data protection)
- Support deployment, maintenance, health, capacity, and performance monitoring of platform and delivered solutions
- Provide incident/problem analysis and resolution according to SLAs
- Build strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders; maintain a customer-focused approach
- Conduct user training sessions and contribute to user adoption initiatives/community
- Establish and enforce governance policies to meet organizational, data security, and regulatory standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technology area
- Provide global support and assist in major incidents/maintenance activities when needed
- Travel occasionally for project-related tasks (infrequent)
What You Bring
Must-have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Automate Desktop and Copilot Studio
- Excellent documentation skills (PDD, SDD, System Specifications)
- Advanced administration knowledge including governance practices
- Proven ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time and quality targets
- Strong capability translating customer/business requirements into effective solutions
- Experience working in multinational environments with solid understanding of business and IT domains
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Nice-to-have:
- Proficiency in AI Builder models within Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with low-code tools
- Experience in Agile and ITIL environments
- Practical experience with Model Driven Apps, Logic Apps, and advanced Power Automate usage
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Experience managing large projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform Administration (Microsoft 365 / Azure certifications are a plus)
