Power Platform Developer Lead (Power Apps & Power Automate)

Overview

Technology Lead role based in Mexico. Requisition ID BR. Location options include Mexico City or Monterrey, Mexico, with work from office following Infosys guidelines.

Responsibilities / Typical duties

• Perform service management for Upstream and business segment applications in the Oil and Gas industry; collaborate with service management teammates in the United States, Canada, and India.
• Report critical outages to management and business partners until resolution; handle issues that are complex, confidential, and sensitive in nature.
• Work with different Pods teams for production releases; handle incidents/problems in the production environment and respond to user queries from different markets.
• Cooperate with the existing site reliability engineering team/global support team to support all Power Platform applications.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure issues are followed up and resolved.
