Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • Strong ethical and moral standards in handling data, processes, and technology.
  • Proven experience designing and building production‑level solutions using:
  • MS Dataverse
  • PowerApps
  • Power Automate / Power Platform
  • Power BI (or equivalent Microsoft tools)
  • Understanding of financial and investment calculations, including IRR.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high‑quality results with minimal supervision.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience analyzing business workflows and translating them into automated digital systems.
  • Proficiency in building data ingestion, cleansing, and standardization tools.
  • Strong data modeling and transformation skills (DAX, Power Query, PowerFx, M language).
