McMillan Shakespeare is accelerating its digital transformation, and we’re looking for a Power Platform Engineer to help build modern, scalable solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Dynamics 365.

Power Platform Engineer designing, building, and supporting enterprise Power Apps, Automate, Pages, and D365 solutions to drive digital transformation.

You’ll design, develop, and support enterprise-level applications that directly improve customer experience and business productivity.

At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Build and enhance Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages and Dataverse solutions.
  • Customise and extend D365 Sales & Service (plugins, workflows, JavaScript).

  • Integrate with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, APIs).

  • Troubleshoot incidents, manage deployments, and support CI/CD pipelines.

  • Work with Product Owners, BAs, Developers and Architects in an Agile environment.

  • Ensure secure coding, governance, and best-practice Power Platform standards.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following:

  • Strong hands-on Power Platform experience.

  • Experience with D365 customisation and .NET plugin development.

  • Skills across JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, REST APIs, and Azure.

  • Understanding of ALM, CI/CD, Git and DevOps practices.

  • Clear communication, ownership, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

  • Degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent experience). Microsoft certifications a bonus.
