Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power Automate Desktop (PAD) workflows for business process automation
• Analyze manual and semi-automated processes to identify automation opportunities
• Build robust attended and unattended desktop automations
• Work with Excel, PDFs, web apps, legacy systems, and desktop applications
• Implement error handling, logging, and exception management in workflows
• Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of PAD flows
• Support deployment, monitoring, and post-production maintenance of automations
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides
