Job Description

Job Summary: Β The Power Platform Manager will oversee the development and implementation of

Microsoft Power Platform solutions to enhance business processes and drive innovation. This role

requires a strong leader with extensive experience in Power Platform technologies and a proven

ability to manage and deliver complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

ο‚· Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions, including

Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

ο‚· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

ο‚· Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to

quality standards.

ο‚· Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

ο‚· Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and incorporate

them into the solutions.

ο‚· Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the solutions to ensure they meet business

needs and performance standards.

ο‚· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors,

and internal teams.

ο‚· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of

Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

ο‚· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

ο‚· Minimum of 9-13 years of experience in IT, with significant experience in Power

Platform technologies.

ο‚· Strong understanding of data integration, data modeling, and data visualization.

ο‚· Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within

budget.

ο‚· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ο‚· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

ο‚· Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate) are

highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

ο‚· Experience in the consulting industry.

ο‚· Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure and Dynamics 365.

ο‚· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
