Job Description

Job Summary: The Power Platform Manager will oversee the development and implementation of

Microsoft Power Platform solutions to enhance business processes and drive innovation. This role

requires a strong leader with extensive experience in Power Platform technologies and a proven

ability to manage and deliver complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions, including

Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.

 Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

 Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to

quality standards.

 Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.

 Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and incorporate

them into the solutions.

 Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the solutions to ensure they meet business

needs and performance standards.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors,

and internal teams.

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of

Power Platform solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

 Minimum of 9-13 years of experience in IT, with significant experience in Power

Platform technologies.

 Strong understanding of data integration, data modeling, and data visualization.

 Proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects on time and within

budget.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer Associate) are

highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in the consulting industry.

 Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure and Dynamics 365.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

 Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
