Power Platform Sr Consultant - CREQ Description

Experience- 5-8 Years
Preferred Location- Hyderabad / Chennai
Role: Power Platform Sr Consultant

  • The core responsibility of the Power Platform Consultant will be to build, implement, Power Platform solutions leveraging the best of the underlying Power Platform products ( Power Apps, Power Automate, CoPilot Studio and Dataverse ).

    • Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level solution architectural expertise on Power Platform components to, project delivery teams, and clients.
  • Collaborate with regional Solution Architects in estimating and shaping of complex Power Platform solutions
  • Work with our Capability Enablement Lead, ensuring estimating and solutioning guidance for Power Platform products
  • Develop strong and positive relationships with Client Leads
  • Lead and support the delivery of a broad range of Power Platform engagements.

    • Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with executive-level clients, assessing their goals and objectives and the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solution recommendations.
  • Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking, as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions
  • Experience in assessing and managing an opportunity and risk associated with complex, large-scale consulting projects
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven App), Power Automate & Dataverse .
  • Very good understanding on Power Platform fundamental, governance and maintenance.
  • Hands on knowledge on CoE starter kit
  • Minimum of 2+ years as a Solution Design or similar role
  • Woking Knowledge on AI builder, CoPilot Studio, Power Automate Desktop
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Leadership and Teamwork:

  • Ability to lead a team of developers and consultants.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.

    • Certifications:

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant, or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer.
