We are looking for a
Power Platform Support Engineer
to work on
hybrid mode
from
GDL, MTY or CDMX
for a multicultural project with stability and growth in the short, medium and long term.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the onsite lead for the support team working on the support tickets and enhancements for the applications.
Be the subject matter expert and thought leader in Power Apps, chatbots and Power Automate Desktop, driving innovation and best practices.
Provide innovative ideas to stabilize the customer system.
Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3-8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform technologies with strong customer-facing communication skills.
