Job Description

Overview

Administer and optimize Energy Management System (EMS) through application configuration, tuning, and security patching, preferably on the following platforms:

  • GE PowerOn Reliance (XA21)
  • AEMS Platform Software
  • Equivalent EMS platforms from Siemens, OSI, ABB, Schneider, etc.
  • Simulated RTU, Simulated IED, Console

Protocols and standards include ICCP, IEC, DNP3, Modbus, data modeling, and XML/JSON. Proficiency in both Linux and Windows operating environments is required. Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Model validation and defect fixing for the DTS system.
  • Perform technical corrective actions to restore failed or failing technical services on the EMS system.
