Insight Global is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturing organization to hire PPAP Technicians. These individuals will support the execution of Measurement System Analyses (MSAs) and complete Process Performance Index (Ppk) studies and First Article Inspections (FAIs) as part of a customer‑driven PPAP requirement. This role includes performing 100% dimensional inspections on incoming components tied to FDA findings and ensuring all parts meet engineering drawings, customer specifications, and internal quality standards.
PPAP Technicians will work hands‑on with components to perform precise measurements, document results, and verify conformance for PPAP submissions and validations. The position requires close collaboration with the receiving inspection team and quality leadership. Technicians will primarily use hand measurement tools, with opportunities to work with CMM equipment and other precision measurement systems depending on experience....
