About the Role

Ads Conversions is hiring a Performance Marketing / PPC Specialist  with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads .

This is a full-time, work-from-office role  based in Noida Electronic City, Sector 62 . We are looking for someone who can independently manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns  (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
  • Handle Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)  from setup to scaling
  • Perform keyword research, audience research & competitor analysis
  • Optimize campaigns daily to improve CTR, CPC, CPA & ROAS
  • Setup and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixels)
  • Test ad creatives, copies, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights
  • Coordinate with internal team for creatives, landing pages & offers
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience  in Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing & funnels
  • Experience in lead generation or e-commerce campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple ad accounts independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Practical knowledge of GA4, GTM & conversion tracking
Job Details
  • Experience:  2–4 Years
  • Salary:  ₹32,000 – ₹38,000 per month (based on skills & interview)
  • Location:  Noida Electronic City, Sector 62
  • Work Mode:  Work From Office
  • Employment Type:  Full-time
