Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 5–6 years of hands-on PPC experience in a B2B IT services / custom software development environment.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
  • Proven track record of generating high-quality MQLs and SQLs with revenue impact.
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets with strict ROI expectations.
  • Experience running campaigns across India, the US, and North America .
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, long sales cycles, and service-based offerings .
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect ad performance to business outcomes .
