Overview

PPC Strategist (Meta Lead Generation). Sourcing Location: Candidates can be from all countries. Salary range: $ DOE. Working Hours: Remote (PT/MT hours preferred; weekdays + part-time weekends).

What You’ll Do

  • Assess campaign performance across the funnel and define optimization plans to improve CPL, lead quality, and ROAS.
  • Make strategic changes to bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives to achieve client goals.
  • Build and prioritize testing roadmaps (creative, audience, landing flow, bidding) with clear success criteria.
  • Translate strategy into execution briefs for VAs/media buyers; review changes for accuracy and impact.
  • Partner with account managers to analyze data, craft narratives, and present insights and next steps.
  • Create weekly performance reports with diagnostics, learnings, and action items tied to KPIs.
