+ Identifying needs and developing Lean training for all aspects of the business enterprise to further the implementation of the PPI Business System;
+ Educate site employees on PPI Business System methodologies and applications through project work, individual mentoring, classroom training, and other methods as needed;
+ Facilitates and leads PPI projects aiming at waste elimination, quality and capacity improvement process optimization and standardization utilizing standard PPI tools and methodologies, share experience;
