PPIC Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly production plan for export finished goods using SAP (T-Codes MD16 & MD04).
• Conduct MRP runs at plant level (MD02 & MD01) to generate planned orders and convert them into process orders for production execution.
• Generate purchase requisitions (PR) for raw materials (RM) and packing materials (PM) after MRP run (MD16 & MD04).
• Ensure timely availability of RM and PM at locations according to production plan and safety stocks.
• Update marketing and relevant stakeholders weekly on critical product status.
• Track export order status weekly, monitor RM/PM shortages, OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance, and CAPA/action plans for delayed orders.
• Follow up with Commercial team for timely dispatch and delivery of RM/PM.
• Coordinate with R&D, ADL, and Packaging departments for scale-up batches, batch releases, and PM artwork development.
