**What Is The Job?**
As PR & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for public relations and communications programmes to support hotel short- and long-term growth and profitability objectives. You will also help to create a desired work culture around our Winning Ways of the InterContinental Hotels Group and embrace the IHG commitment. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations concerning health, safety or other requirements.

+ Direct, develop and oversee the execution of strategic public relations programmes based on hotel revenue goals and customer satisfaction level; define and reinforce the brand image, promote product features and unique selling points, reach target markets and enhance the hotel’s perceived and actual value to all stake holders and customers while managing PR allocation within the Marketing & Communications annual budget.
