JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Develop and implement an effective tool to track and properly follow up on the PPAP process for purchasing parts.


  • ACTIVITIES:

  • Ensure that the information in SAP for the direct purchasing area (data cleaning) is accurate.

  • Work with the IT department to create SAP queries that simplify data retrieval and give a clear, fast overview of departmental indicators.

  • Generate reports related to the direct purchasing department by extracting information from SAP.

  • Find ways to automate the creation of reports. 


  • CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA: 

  • Establish a standardized working process.

  • Ensure information remains consolidated and accessible at all times.

  • Keep a clear overview of the start dates for main activities and their potential impact on project milestones.
