This role supports the design of cultural initiatives, events, and engagement activities that build collaboration, belonging, and positive energy across the organization. Ideal for someone creative, proactive, and interested in learning more about Organizational Development and company culture within a dynamic tech environment.



Availability to work on-site. This position is on-site at our offices in San Pedro Garza García. The role can be full-time (8 hours per day) or part-time, with the following schedule options:





+ 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM, or



+ 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
