The Role

We are seeking early-career technical profiles to join a structured Proof of Concept program aimed at developing future project management leaders. The Junior Project Manager will support technology project delivery and progressively take responsibility under senior supervision in an international environment.

Mission

Support the successful execution of technology projects by coordinating teams, tracking delivery, and ensuring operational discipline, while developing the skills required to become an autonomous Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Track KPIs, effort, costs, risks, and dependencies; propose mitigations and escalate as required.
• Prepare dashboards and weekly status reports.
• Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts (RAID, actions, decisions).
• Participate in internal and client meetings; adapt communication to stakeholder level.
• Apply VASS methodologies, quality standards, and delivery frameworks.

Required Background

• Education (mandatory): Technical engineering degree (Computer Science / Software Engineering / Industrial / Telecommunications / equivalent).
• Experience: 0–2 years professional experience; exposure to software/digital projects is a plus.
• Technical literacy: Broad understanding of software delivery lifecycle; ability to interact effectively with technical teams.
• English: C1–C2 (mandatory). Additional languages are a plus.

The PoC includes structured onboarding, continuous mentoring, and progressive responsibility. Successful participants may evolve into Project Manager, Service Manager, or Delivery Manager roles based on performance and organizational needs.
