About the role

We are currently seeking a Practice & Quality Lead to join our Foster and Kinship Care team in Rockhampton. In partnership with the Program Coordinators, this role strengthens practice quality, service delivery and continuous improvement across the Foster and Kinship Care programs.

• Build and maintain close liaison with stakeholders such as carers, young people and service providers.
• Provide practice leadership, supervision and guidance to staff to ensure trauma-informed, person-centred and evidence-based practice.
