Practice Coach I / Clinic Manager

Our FYidoctors - Guelph clinic is seeking a Practice Coach for a full-time role, working 40 hours per week, to fill an existing vacancy! Our clinic is open Monday through Friday, and availability to work an evening is required.

The Practice Coach will be responsible for coaching staff on processes, programs, and product, as well as for education. The Practice Coach will also become fully cross‑trained so they can assist staff with patient service and sales. The ideal candidate will have previous retail optical experience as a manager and/or customer service specialist.
