Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Account Leadership
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery across implementations, rollouts, and AMS engagements.
- Establish strong delivery governance, cadence, and controls to proactively manage risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and scope.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and strengthen C-level customer relationships.
- Understand client vision, business priorities, and transformation roadmaps.
- Partner with client stakeholders and Wipro client partners to co-create winning solutions.
- Act as an executive escalation point for delivery and relationship management.
Growth & Financial Management
- Drive minimum 15% year-on-year profitable growth while meeting operating margin targets.
- Own forecasting, demand planning, and fulfillment across confirmed deals and pipeline opportunities.
- Identify and execute delivery-led growth opportunities, including account farming and expansion.
- Enable and position value-added SAP services and solutions aligned with Wipro's offerings.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards, quality frameworks, and estimation methodologies.
- Monitor and improve delivery KPIs including productivity, utilization, margins, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices across delivery, governance, and risk management.
People & Capability Development
- Build, lead, and inspire large global delivery teams.
- Drive capability building, talent development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.
