Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, UK/I, the Practice Development Manager will support our current set of customers by providing, developing and facilitating customer product training to new and existing customers, adhering to protocols whilst providing excellent on-going customer support. The role ensures training is delivered in line with internal standards while maintaining a high level of ongoing customer care. This position also contributes to customer-facing marketing initiatives and focuses on building trusted, long-term relationships that help clients maximize performance outcomes.
