Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sub-Practice Leader & Enterprise Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong business acumen to drive practice growth, revenue, order booking (OB), and margin targets . This role demands a strategic leader who can own P&L objectives , build client relationships, and deliver cutting-edge solutions leveraging .NET CORE Microservices, AWS Native Services, and using AI-Native engineering tools and AI assistants including GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor etc for application engineering and modernizations. The ideal candidate will blend technology leadership with business development, ensuring innovation, scalability, and profitability across enterprise engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Leadership

• Own practice-level revenue, OB, and margin targets ; develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
• Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, creating proposals, and leading client presentations.
• Build and nurture CXO-level relationships to position the practice as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with sales and account teams to shape deals, influence RFPs, and close strategic opportunities.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for use of AI tools for application engineering and application modernization initiatives .

Technology Excellence

• Lead architecture design for large-scale, mission-critical applications using .NET CORE Microservices.
• Architect and implement cloud-first solutions leveraging AWS Native services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, EventBridge, etc.).
• Use AI-Native engineering tools and AI assistants including GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor etc. for build of enterprise platforms
• Ensure cost optimization, security, and compliance across all solutions.
• Mentor technical teams and build solution/accelerator capability within the practice.

Strategic Initiatives

• Evaluate emerging technologies and define innovation roadmaps for competitive advantage.
• Partner with marketing and alliances to create thought leadership content, webinars, and industry POVs.
• Drive internal IP creation and reusable solution accelerators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 22+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and techno-commercial leadership for application engineering and modernization
• Proven track record of owning P&L, revenue, and margin goals in a technology consulting environment.
• Strong proficiency in .NET CORE Microservices Architecture and hands-on application engineering/coding ability.
• Strong experience with Application Modernization patterns – refactor, rearchitect, re-platform, rehost to cloud.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Native services
• Expertise in use of AI-Native engineering tools and AI assistants including GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor etc.
• Deep understanding of event-driven architecture, API design, and cloud-native patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Angular for frontend development.
• Expertise in Generative AI / Agentic AI technologies (LangGraph/CrewAI, Microsoft Agent Framework, AWS Bedrock agent framework, Google ADK for LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent orchestrations).
• Exposure to data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven platforms.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and deal shaping for large digital transformation programs.
