About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Compensation & Benefits (C&B) practice. This role involves designing and implementing innovative compensation strategies, driving global digitization initiatives, and partnering with leadership to shape policies that align with organizational goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- MBA from a top B-School (preferred).
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits and Analytics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to manage complex data and scenarios.
- Proven ability to operate independently and lead teams effectively.
- Experience in engaging multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Background in analytics from consulting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement compensation models, allowances, salary ranges, and incentive programs (short-term and long-term).
- Formulate policies across group entities and ensure alignment with organizational performance.
- Drive digitization for Compensation & Benefits globally to enhance program efficiency and implementation.
- Benchmark reward programs using market intelligence and recommend improvements.
- Conduct financial impact analysis and scenario-building for compensation strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and optimize program design.
- Independently resolve escalated compensation issues and provide optimal solutions for complex cases.
- Develop and report metrics to measure the effectiveness of compensation programs and processes.
