About the Role


We are seeking a seasoned reinsurance professional to lead strategic growth initiatives in single or multiple reinsurance segments of Motor Health Property and Specialty reinsurance. This role demands deep market insight, strong industry relationships, and a proven track record in reinsurance business development and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities


• Drive business growth and client engagement strategies across Middle East markets.
• Help develop and execute market strategies to position the Dubai branch as a growth engine.
• Lead initiatives in Treaty and Facultative segments, including emerging revenue streams such as MGAs.
• Represent reinsurance to multiple stakeholders (regulators, partners, clients, and reinsurers) across the region.
