About the role:

We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our Practice Management Systems (PMS) and Workflow team as a PMS Team Manager here in Birmingham. This role sits within our Business Information Systems team. 


The PMS & Workflow team provides technical expertise and support for the firm’s Practice Management System (PMS), related financial systems, and key integrations.


As PMS Manager, you’ll lead a team of three technical specialists, overseeing day-to-day operations, collaborating with the PMO on project delivery, and working closely with stakeholders across Business and Finance to ensure the effective running of our PMS solutions.
