Overview

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our Periodontal Specialist team; we have been serving the Gold Coast for over 20 years. Intimate team, well balanced workflow environment. Permanent Part Time 4 full days per week or Full Time 5 days per week. Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm schedule – no evenings or weekends.

About the Role

  • Manage doctor's schedule
  • Clinic and administration staff management including rostering
  • Workflow management
  • Overviewing Oasis Software system
  • DVA Vet Affairs payment management
  • Ensuring relevant Infection Control practices are adhered to
  • Occasional chairside assisting

Successful Candidate will possess

  • Must have minimum 2 years' experience in Dental Practice Management
  • Experience in chairside dental assisting is an advantage
  • Strong service and patient care skills
