Practice Manager – Wealth Management

Reporting directly to the CEO, Private Wealth Division

Capital Haus Group & Baker Young are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its private wealth practice based in Adelaide.

This is a senior, hands-on role accountable for how the practice operates — supporting advisers, client services, systems, and operational standards — while working closely with the CEO of the Private Wealth Division.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, embedding strong processes, and creating an environment where advisers and teams can perform at their best.
