Responsibilities:
Lead overall clinic operations and ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience.Manage and develop staff through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.Act as the primary liaison between partners, doctors, and the broader team.Support organizational improvements and clinic restructuring initiatives.Maintain strong financial awareness, including payroll oversight and pricing sensitivity.Proactively identify and resolve operational or people-related issues.Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing clinic culture.
