Job Description
Eden Park Surgery is looking for an experienced PracticeNurse to join our friendly general practice team.
Main duties of the job
The role involves delivering evidence based nursing care, including immunisations, travel vaccines, cervical screening, chronic disease management, particularly asthma and COPD, infection prevention & control and wound care.
You’ll work autonomously within the practice, support public health programmes, contribute to quality improvement and clinical governance, and maintain clinical records on Emis Web.
