Practice Nurse

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team to provide a range of services which includes Chronic Disease Management, Cytology, Immunisations, Asthma, Diabetes Management and all tasks related to being a Practice Nurse.

You would need to have experience of working in accordance with the UKCC Code of Professional Conduct and The Scope of Professional Practice. Experience of EMIS WEB clinical system is an advantage.

You would need to possess excellent communication skills and can demonstrate active involvement in a general practice setting.
