Practicum 0 Student Supervisor Position -

Summary: Practicum 0 trainees are first-year students in the Fuller Graduate School of Psychology’s . These trainees see actor clients to hone their client-centered therapy skills while also taking classes that teach them client-centered theory and interventions. Practicum 0 trainees are closely supervised by advanced students (Practicum 0 Student Supervisors) and our clinical faculty. Students will be supervised by Dr. Steve Simpson, who will work with the trainees to help ensure they learn to provide therapy services in an effective, safe, and ethical manner, in preparation for seeing real clients during their second year. 

Practicum 0 Student Supervisors meet weekly with Practicum 0 trainees in a group-supervision context to directly observe trainees providing therapy to the actor clients.
